Every skills or knowledges has its foundation, the point where the knowledge expands from. If the basic is recognised and mastered, the rest will be much easier. Good education focuses on building foundation.

When you find difficulty in the middle of your study, back to the basic.

When you find trouble in the middle of your life, back to where you come from. 

إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون

We belong to Allah and to Him we shall return.

No wonder Al-Imam As-Syafie claimed medicine as one of the most important branches of knowledge. In fact, advancement of medical care is always associated with better development of a country as it serves better quality of life. Medical practitioners deal directly with human being. They talk, communicate, touch, examine and even open human bodies. Communication is inevitable, it is a part of daily routines, so as improving communication is obliged for every medical practitioners especially doctors.
