بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم New year comes again. It is 2018 this time. A new day.  Another new 365 days.  New 12 months.  Although everyone knows every minute, even every second, is new, we will still appreciate new year. I am anticipating many big events in my life to happen in this year. As for now, let's finish the exam and graduate. ربي أوزعني أن أشكر نعمتك التي أنعمت علي وأن أعمل صالحا ترضاه كل عام وأنتم إلى الله أقرب

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم It has been a while since I last had this feeling after exam. The feeling of you know that you did not do well. The last time was during Paediatric final clinical exam back in fifth year. It is painful yet a beneficial feeling. It brings me back to the point where I just started to learn. It makes me realise that the things that I don’t know are more than the things I know. I wonder why the doctor kept asking me, “Are you finished with the general examination?” after I had completely presented to her, findings on face, limbs and vital signs.  I missed mental function, body built, appearance, colour and decubitus! (very basic) Confident and mental preparation are not enough to walk into exam with prosper. Proper checklist should be made as to not miss anything.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Every skills or knowledges has its foundation, the point where the knowledge expands from. If the basic is recognised and mastered, the rest will be much easier. Good education focuses on building foundation. When you find difficulty in the middle of your study, back to the basic. When you find trouble in the middle of your life, back to where you come from.  إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون We belong to Allah and to Him we shall return.
